Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
Payment may be made by Paypal, cheque or direct deposit. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted by phone only.
Orders are prepaid. If paying by cheque orders will not be posted until the cheque is cleared.

FREIGHT

Freight charges are payable by the buyer. Where possible we will use Australia Post satchels for regular and express deliveries as they are the most economical postage method. Some larger items may be subject to Australia Post’s ‘cubing’ rule where postage is assessed on size not weight.  

PRICES

Our prices are subject to change occasionally due to increases in manufacturing and freight costs and currency fluctuation.

SUPPLY OF ORDERS
Items will be supplied quickly providing they are available at the time of ordering.

WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
New items (not washed, worn, altered or soiled) suitable for resale may be returned for exchange/refund within 10 days of purchase.

WHAT YOU CAN’T RETURN
Items unsuitable for returning include:
Items that have been worn
Items that have been washed
Items that have been altered or soiled

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return a product, you must contact us first for a Retuned Item Number. Have your invoice number available.
A RIN is valid for 14 days only. Your RIN and the reason for the return should be included on a note inside the parcel with the returned item.  
Return items must be in the original packaging and returned to us prepaid.

More About Returns

Faulty Items
These items must be returned to us within (10) ten days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. If an item cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

Items that are not faulty can be returned within 7 days of receipt to be exchanged only, if no other goods are taken in exchange then a refund of the buying price of the item will be made.  
The item must be returned in its original packaging.  
Items can also be returned if the customer has received the wrong item due to fault of Pacific Sports & Equipment.  

Procedure for Returning an Item
All items to be returned, faulty or not will require a Return Item Number (RIN) before they can be returned.

A replacement will be sent to you or a refund issued after the item has been received by Pacific Sports & Equipment.
Items returned without an RIN delay the exchange or refund process.
